This CD contains the tools and templates shared during our March-April 2009 forum in Chennai, India: 'Effective Branch Management: The Key to Growth.'  It provides information that is key to branch managers' understanding of the structure and operations of the branch as well as its connection to larger processes within the institution.  The presentations and documents cover the topics of branch and credit risks, problem loans, performance, succession planning, sales training, operations and controls, and change management.  In addition, it provides several templates to improve branch performance, including a template guiding the action plan process.
